Japan Incorporation Tool
Incorporation in Japan has never been easier. Angels, Inc. recently released their incorporation tool that supports Japanese stock and limited liability companies to start with. General Incorporated Associations and Non-Profit Organizations in Japan, as well as various forms of incorporation in Singapore (Limited Liability Company, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Partnership, and Limited Liability Partnership) are to follow in future releases. The tool is available in Japanese, English and French.
The systems guides the user through five simple screens for the entry of the basic company information (if an address is needed, it suggests Blink community as a serviced office space), definition of company purpose, directors and representative director, and then offers the option to download all required document if you would like to perform the registration yourself, or to engage with Angels, Inc. legal professional partners for a fixed service fee. Additional services, such as a visa application for foreign business managers, can also be procured at additional cost.
The tool is extremely user friendly, equipped with the right validations, and allows for a super efficient generation of the required documents, or the initiation of the registration process through legal professionals. Incorporating a company in Japan has never been easier!
