Web3 deal: Hyperithm invests in Pacific Meta

Since its establishment in January 2018, Hyperithm has been developing its crypto asset wealth management business for institutional investors, operating in Japan and Korea. In March 2022, Hyperithm raised funds from Coinbase Ventures in a Series B bridge round. In May 2022, the Company began managing Japan’s first Bitcoin-denominated fund under the Qualified Institutional Investors Exemption Program. In June 2022, the company established the “Web3 Fund” with the aim of revitalizing the Web3 ecosystem, and is actively investing the fund.

Pacific Meta is an all-in-one Web3 consulting firm that provides comprehensive support for domestic and international Web3 projects, with GameFi as main focus. Pacific Meta has employees all over the world, and strives to be a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world in the Web3 industry.

During Japan Blockchain Week, which kicked off today, Pacific Meta is hosting a “Web3 Game Night” jointly with Polygon on Tuesday, June 20.
