Woodstock implements account opening with “My Number” card

Social stock trading startup Woodstock now allows account opening through a tap of your My Number card, and launches a 1000 yen give-away campaign. For those who open a new securities account through this new feature, 1000 yen will be deposited into their securities account for the purchase of their favorite stocks. The minimum purchase amount per stock is 200 yen, so you can purchase up to 5 stocks.

This authentication method is fast becoming the UI/UX standard for Japanese mobile apps.
