On The Usefulness Of Journaling

I don’t know if it’s important or not. But I do know it’s useful as hell.

I cracked my journal for the first time in months a few weeks ago. I wrote some stuff down and over the ensuing weeks have been trying to write regular entries.

I stared blankly at the last entry. 3/15/2018. Over four months ago. Yuck. And it was a shitty entry on top of it. I don’t even know what I was trying…
