TOMO Community update March, 5 — The public sale has ended

It was wonderful to see the supports from the community as we sold out the the public sale within 5 seconds of the beginning of round 2, where the personal cap goes up to 10 ETH.

The smart-contract was working perfectly where its address received around 800 transactions for round 2, in which only 30–35 succeeded, and the rest was returned. In total, the smart-contract address received around 2000 transactions, successfully sold out 4 millions Tomocoin, and we took in 1250 ETH for the public sale. Somewhat unfortunately to the sender, 295K of Refereum was accidentally sent to the address, and it now disappeared forever.

Unbeknownst to us, IDEX decided to support and list Tomocoin right from beginning, and now Tomocoin is trading on IDEX with the volume consistently in the top 2 of the exchange. A note here that Tomocoin sticker is TOMO (not TMC).

In summary of the whole ICO process, we collected around 8K ETH and 300K USD$ in the pre-sale round (at 0.2$ per Tomocoin during January and February), and the seed round for 46 million Tomocoin. Plus 1250 ETH in the public sale, we are very close to reaching our goal of hard-cap 8.5 millions. At this point, we have practiced proper financial arrangements to ensure the financial stability of the project. Our goal is to deliver to our community a product and blockchain ecosystem that rival the best in existence, at the same time, to advance the whole blockchain ecosystem, and fulfill our mission to be a leading force in building the Internet of Value.

Most of the pre-sale coins have been released, and all will be released in the next few days. We also released 3 million TOMO as bonuses to the team and advisors, and temporary took 2 million TOMO as marketing, listing, ecosystem fund. It is temporary until we plan, consult our advisors, and publish our full economic and ecosystem agendas in the next few weeks.
