TomoChain client v1.2.2 update

This client update includes these following changes: solving the peer’s display issue on the stat page, solving the error log display, and optimizing checkpoint block calculation. Furthermore, minimum gas price default of 0.25 Gwei will be applied to requests coming into TomoChain’s RPC endpoint. Masternodes using TMN will also set it to 0.25 Gwei. Other masternodes can manually adjust this number on their own RPC endpoint if they want to do so via setting the — gasprice flag. This update will enhance the network’s performance. Masternode operators should update the client to this latest patch at their soonest convenience. End-users and TOMO holders are not required to do anything.
