TomoChain — FarmaTrust Partnership Announcement
Tomochain is glad to partner with FarmaTrust, a UK blockchain startup, and global tracking system which provides security to the pharmaceutical companies, governments, regulators and the public, that counterfeit drugs do not enter the supply chain. Their system is safe, encrypted and immutable.
TomoChain is a public blockchain which aims to solve the scalability issues of the Ethereum blockchain. It is compatible with Ethereum’s smart-contracts and other Ethereum protocols, while keeping the confirmation time low, and fees minimal.
The strategic alliance would provide mutual benefits to both parties, and aim to create significant intellectual open source properties via collaboration. Tomochain will provide a highly scalable and trustworthy blockchain infrastructure with minimal fees to FarmaTrust for testing and possibly utilizing in the mainnet, meanwhile FarmaTrust will provide technical guidance for scaling global pharma supply chain, “track and trace” billions of packets daily.
