TomoChain & Lition Welcome Event: $28,000 USD Giveaway — Phase 2

TomoChain and Lition have committed a total of $28,000 USD in both TOMO and LIT tokens (9,030 TOMO & 380,100 LIT) as prizes in PHASE 2 of a planned 6-month Welcome Event to celebrate TomoChain’s acquisition of Lition.

The Welcome Event is a coming together of both communities to participate in engaging activities that are also rewarding. Our shared goal is to continue to generate awareness of both the TomoChain and Lition brands.

Program Period: 28 October 2020 to April 2021, divided into 3 phases.

• PHASE 1 Oct 2020 (Completed)
• PHASE 2 Jan 2021 (9am UTC 21 Jan — 9am UTC 25 Jan 2021)

Users who are either TOMO (native) stakers or LIT (ERC20) stakers, or both, during the Event, will have the opportunity to participate.

Appreciation to $TOMO stakers

TOMO stakers and active community masternodes on TomoChain network are able to participate in the Welcome Event.

Those not eligible for this activity are masternodes run by the TomoChain team, TomoChain’s partners and TomoPool.

*These wrapped LIT tokens (a.k.a. LIT (TRC21)) are issued using TomoChain’s TRC21 gasless token standard where gas fees will be paid in LIT (TRC21) itself (No TOMO is required). LIT (TRC21) tokens can always be unwrapped at any time back to LIT (ERC20) on the Ethereum network.

Appreciation to $LIT stakers

LIT stakers and active community trust nodes on Ethereum network are able to participate in the Welcome Event.

Those not eligible for this activity are trust nodes run by the Lition team.

Notes:

• Rewards are only given to eligible accounts with the highest net amount of staked LIT (ERC20) and/or native TOMO until a snapshot is taken at a random time within the period of 9am UTC 21 Jan — 9am UTC 25 Jan 2021.
• Rewards are in TOMO and LIT (TRC21) tokens. The remaining reward (if any) will be added to subsequent phases of this welcoming event.
• 450* LIT staking addresses: priority is given in the following order: (1) Period 12 months w >10k LIT staking — Period 6 months w >15k LIT staking — Period 3 months w >20k LIT staking, (2) with the highest staking amount.

• TomoChain reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign or Campaign Rules at its sole discretion.

• Rewards will be automatically distributed to all eligible wallet addresses within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
