TomoChain & Lition Welcome Event: $60,000 USD Giveaway in Phase 1

TomoChain and Lition have committed a total of $60,000 USD in both TOMO and LIT tokens (18,000 TOMO & 300,000 LIT) as prizes in PHASE 1 of the Welcome Event program.

To celebrate TomoChain’s acquisition of Lition, we are holding a joint welcome program with multiple events planned over the course of 6 months that will encourage us all to raise the roof and toast together.

TomoChain Acquires Lition’s Enterprise Blockchain Unit

The Welcome Event is a coming together of both communities to participate in engaging activities that are also rewarding. Our shared goal is to continue to generate awareness of both the TomoChain and Lition brands.

Program Period: October 2020 to April 2021, divided into 3 phases.

TomoChain and Lition have committed a total of $60,000 USD in both TOMO and LIT tokens (18,000 TOMO & 300,000 LIT) as prizes in PHASE 1. Users who are either TOMO (native) holders or LIT (TRC21) holders, or both, during the Event will have the opportunity to participate in 2 types of promotions.

🎁Appreciation to $TOMO holders

To participate in the Welcome Event, TOMO holders will either only need to HODL strong native TOMO in their personal wallets or stake TOMO on TomoChain network or both.

NOT Eligible for this activity: TOMO on CEXs, holding TOMOE or TOMOB.

🎁Appreciation to $LIT (TRC21) holders

To participate in the Welcome Event, LIT holders will need to wrap their LIT (ERC20) tokens via TomoBridge to be used on the TomoChain blockchain. (Tutorials below)

These wrapped LIT (a.k.a. LIT (TRC21)) tokens are issued using TomoChain’s TRC21 gasless token standard where gas fees will be paid in LIT (TRC21) itself (No TOMO is required). LIT (TRC21) tokens can always be unwrapped at any time back to LIT (ERC20) on the Ethereum network.

Important notes:

• The campaign is only applicable for native TOMO holders and LIT (TRC21) holders (LIT holders can wrap LIT (ERC20) on Ethereum to/from LIT (TRC21) on TomoChain via TomoBridge).
• Rewards are only given to eligible accounts with the highest net amount of LIT (TRC21) tokens wrapped and/or native TOMO holdings until a snapshot is taken at 9 am UTC on Nov.3rd, 2020.
• Rewards are in TOMO and LIT (TRC21) tokens. The remaining reward (if any) will be added to subsequent phases of this welcoming event.

*Net wrapped volume will be calculated using the following equation:

Net wrapped volume = Total wrapped volume — Total unwrapped volume within the campaign duration

**Maximum receiving addresses: Calculated based on the total number of token addresses with their token holdings found on EtherScan and TomoScan.

Terms & conditions

• TomoChain reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign or Campaign Rules at its sole discretion.
• TomoChain reserves the right of final decision in case of disputed cases.
• For the LIT (TRC21) holders, rewards will be distributed to all eligible wallet addresses within 7 working days after the campaign ends. For the native TOMO holders, eligible accounts will be able to claim their reward manually on the TomoWallet web version within 30 days starting from Nov 5th, 2020.
