TomoChain — The Georgian National Blockchain Agency Partnership Announcement

We are delighted to partner up with The Georgian National Blockchain Agency (GNBA) which is supporting a blockchain ecosystem of companies and individuals within industry, government, and education.

GNBA and TomoChain plan to work together to promote the use of blockchain technology in the private and public sector of Georgia. TomoChain’s innovative solution to scale the Ethereum blockchain makes it ideal for for small and big businesses alike. This partnership will allow for a decisive step to be made in the digital transformation of traditional business and financial systems making them more transparent, profitable, efficient and inclusive.

Artem Cherkashyn, one of the GNBA co-founders has stated: “Our mission at GNBA is to turn Georgia into a regional leader in the adoption of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and tokenization. Together with TomoChain we want to work toward a reality where blockchain is accessible to all, and the local Georgian businesses can make full use of all the benefits it can offer.”

GNBA was established to help support adoption of blockchain in the country of Georgia and bring together a diverse cross-section of experts to help decision makers implement state regulations and public policies. The Agency aims to establish a blockchain ecosystem within industry and the government and facilitate its use to organizations, businesses, educators and the general public.

GNBA team had a meeting with the Prime Minister of Georgia this December to discuss about building the national blockchain ecosystem and developing the legal framework to support it.

We all look forwards to the co-operation in the near future.
