TomoScan New Version — A fresher and cleaner look
We’re excited to announce that the upgraded version of TomoChain’s block explorer — TomoScan has arrived. With this new version, it is now possible for users to obtain real-time information and updates of TomoChain based on a better block explorer performance rate and intuitive UX.
Activation timeline
TomoScan’s new website is set to activate on October 25th, 2021 at https://tomoscan.io.
The old TomoScan version will remain valid until November 25, 2021. After that, it will be shut down and entirely replaced by the new version.
What’s new?
Clearer Menu Bar & Additional Real-time Updates
The new header of TomoScan is optimized with fewer displayed functions compared to the old version, including Homepage, Transactions, Blocks, Account tabs. This arrangement makes scanning easier and more accessible for first-time users.
The real-time information related to the TOMO token, blocks, transactions and news is all visible on the Homepage. Users will no longer need to search for each category separately but can obtain all the information within one page instead.
New logo, extended meaning
The original logo is entirely changed to the new one. Yet, the product meaning remains at its core, with an extended message.
The new logo’s design is inherited from the old version with a handful of modifications regarding typeface and icon. The logo is a combination of a modernized typeface and an eye-shaped icon symbolizing the meaning of purity and transparency. In addition to that, a stylized circle around the icon helps increase softness and conveys a sense of security.
Henceforth, TOMO users can search for and view specific on-chain data published in real-time via TomoScan. Shortly, alongside the development of the overall TomoChain ecosystem, more features will be mapped out to be integrated into TomoScan.
