The incredible tonebase artist, Sabrina Vlaskalic, has been at the Koblenz International Guitar Festival & Academy for the past few days and shared some exclusive updates with tonebase!

🎼 The Concerts :

It’s been 10 years since I last heard Duo Melis (I’m feeling old!!!!)

Their opening concert to the Festival was absolutely mind blowing. One MUST check out their latest videos on Youtube (check it out here) : Rockin’!

👊 The Competition:

Had the pleasure of hearing Rodrigo’s Invocacion y Danza only 4 times…and 3 times Elegy…Half the amount of the last year!

👯‍ The Meetings:

Absolutely awesome to meet Brandon Medici from D’Addario!

D’addario gave plenty of free strings to students and created a never ending circle of love, joy & happiness! You rock D’addario! (we at tonebase can confirm, thanks D’Addario!)

🥘 The Food:

Do not leave Koblenz without eating “treffane”. (The spelling of the word is unknown. Once in Koblenz, follow the local legends to trace the dish.)

🚗 The Transportation:

You really want to make sure to drive around with Alex Ramirez and Steve Goss (who’s pieces are most definitely on tonebase!).

Alex is quite steady with the wheel. Steve co-pilots brilliantly: He has a good relationship with the navigation lady (😆) and plenty of good & bad jokes-exactly what one needs on a rainy German 🇩🇪 morning!
