A New Year, a New Look.

Greetings friends, and happy 2018! 🎉

This past year was a major year for Tonkean. Not only have we grown by leaps and bounds, we’ve helped many different companies surpass their goals by making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

We’ve listened to your feedback and requests. With your help, we’ve found new and innovative ways to improve Tonkean and become the ONLY proactive business dashboard in the world!

So first of all, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to our beloved customers for your feedback and love. Together we are taking management to the next level.

Moving into 2018, we are excited to share our biggest release yet.

Over the holidays, we massively improved the platform’s capabilities.

This started with the the ability to connect Tonkean to any system (as we recently shared), allowing you to seamlessly integrate Tonkean with your current workflow and systems. Today, we are pleased to launch the second part of that promise, with the introduction of Custom Triggers.

Custom Triggers

With Custom Triggers, you now have a way to customize Tonkean’s BOT triggers (i.e. when it reaches out), as well as add your own, making Tonkean more powerful than ever.

In addition to our built-in SmartTriggers (powered by AI), you can now add specific workflows that make sense to your business and leverage Tonkean “proactiveness” to initiate your own business processes.

For example: You could pull in columns from Salesforce (like renewal date and deal amount), and a column for usage metrics from Google Analytics (like weekly active users), and build a Custom Trigger that will monitor both and alert the Customer Success Team if usage dropped on a top tier account whose renewal date is coming up in the next month.

Smart, Fast & Beautiful

If becoming smarter wasn’t enough, this release will also include major core upgrades to the platform and the web application.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be releasing upgrades to the entire system that will increase speed (the fastest version yet), improve stability and the overall look and feel (it’s beautiful!). In fact, in some cases, we are looking at 2,000% improvements (!!) in performance.

Advanced filtering and searching capabilities within your lists, allowing for quicker handling and greater visibility of Tracks, are just a couple of the features you can look forward to.
