Are you looking to become the unhappiest you have ever
been? have five simple tips that you can easily follow:

Make sure everybody loves you If you want to be unhappy, then start living your life for other people. Do anything and everything you can to please those around you rather than pleasing yourself. When you work for the happiness of others, you forget who it is that you are and soon, you will be very unhappy. By trying to gain the love of everyone else, your unhappiness is destined to rise.

Hold on to your past and not your future If you want to be unhappy, be sure to live in the past. Keep your mindset stuck in the past where you constantly relive the past decisions you’ve made that brought you unhappiness and regret.When you live in the past, you take away the opportunity to live in the present and in the future where happiness resides. Thus, living in the past will bring you all the unhappiness you are looking for. What you are today is the results of your thoughts yesterday.

Not following your intuition
If you want to be unhappy, do not listen to your gut. Whatever your heart, your soul, and your mind are collectively telling you, don’t listen to them. Instead, do the very opposite of what they would want you to do. This will make you unhappy. Listening to your gut feelings will bring you happiness, so if you don’t want to be happy, then simply don’t listen to what your subconscious is telling you. Instead, do the very opposite of what they would want you to do. Your intuition is healthy and functioning. If you want to make better decisions in life, just follow it.

Avoid any conflicts
If you want to be unhappy, then definitely avoid any potential conflicts you might find yourself traditionally engaging in. Conflicts offer you the opportunity to express yourself and your feelings while listening to the
thoughts and feelings of others and in embracing conflict, you can learn from one another and can grow in a positive direction, leading to happiness. When you have something to say it, say it.

Not facing your own fears
If you want to be unhappy, do not face your fears. Instead, live in your comfort zone and stay there; do not try to do anything radical such as taking risks or trying something new because these things will make you happy.
Only when you face your fears, you allow yourself a chance to grow and this growth can lead to internal satisfaction and enjoyment, bringing you happiness. So, by not facing your fears, you will be unhappy, just as how you want to be. The most successful people that I know do something they are afraid of single everyday

However, if you want to be happy do not listen to these
tips as they stand. Rather, do the opposite.
By loving yourself, letting go of the past and embracing the present and future, following your
intuition, not avoiding conflict, and facing your fears, you will find yourself the happiest version of
you that you’ve ever seen.
But then again, who wants to be happy?
