SugarCRM wins the PC Magazine’s Business Choice Award for Best CRM yet again

SugarCRM has done it again. It has won the business choice award for best CRM third year in a row. There was a sharp increase in the number of companies that were nominated this year for consideration, going up to 236 as opposed to 30 last year. However, only six companies made it to the final round depending on the number of votes given by the users. SugarCRM received top scores in all categories except one and emerged as the clear winner.

Likelihood to recommend: 8.8 (up from last year’s 7.9)

Tech support: 8.6

Net Promoter Score: 64% (up from last year’s 33 percent)

The scores clearly demonstrate that SugarCRM is improving in all aspects with the passage of time and will only go from strength to strength in the coming years. Such scores provide valuable insights to people who are interested in buying a CRM system but cannot make up their mind due to the multitude of options available in the market.
