Welcome to the Top Floor! Our Foundational belief is that everyone, everywhere should have access to the support they need for their climb to the top. The Top floor is broken into 3 membership classes to help facilitate this climb. At the bottom we have our new members in the Tenant role, next we have our more committed members in the Resident role and lastly we have our Penthouse members at the Top Floor.
The members of the Penthouse are industry experts and we want their success to be the goal that our Tenants strive for. The most efficient way to achieve Penthouse member status coming from the role of Tenant is with our “Residence Key.’ The Residence Key gives holders access to our treasure trove of exclusive resources that include events, industry courses, mentorships and other benefits.
But not everyone will feel they’re ready to become Residents. To ensure that every person interested in making it to the Top Floor has access to adequate resources we will be opening up what we call the Ground Floor as a free resource to the Top Floor community. The Ground Floor was an easy name because as an analogy it’s the entrance point into a huge residence and the Top Floor symbolizes personal and entrepreneurial success.
Tons of mentorship programs and digital courses assume that everyone interested in their programs will have the money to pay for these services or will even be in the right mindset to begin implementing the tactics taught in those programs. Yet what we’ve actually seen are people feeling completely overwhelmed by the process.
The Ground Floor is here to help solve that problem so that the people (Tenants) who would love to be a Resident but aren’t ready can still begin preparing themselves using an actual proven process. This is a process we offer completely for FREE!
The Top Floor organizational leaders have all come from the mud one way or another and know the grind involved with becoming one of the first in your family or friend circle to become successful. Well Top Floor has taken the resources from all of their success stories and have instilled them into what we call the Floor Plan.
The Floor Plan
As I said, we’ve combined the resources of our HOA leaders to help optimize the transition process for our Tenants. CJ and Matty J happen to be the most instrumental in this particular process. CJ is known for elite credit coaching skills as can be witnessed over on his Youtube channel. Matty J is well known for his success in the car rental industry but what he also has is what’s called the “Playmakers Playbook.”
Now upon entrance to the community we prioritize knowing and/or repairing your credit. The best time to start doing that is NOW. As you begin soaking up this knowledge from the community, which takes time, you will eventually need the funds to make action plays. Having your credit in the perfect spot provides you access to that capital so you can make proper moves. CJ has been kind enough to provide all Tenants a free credit assessment. He’ll show you how to find your credit report, break down exactly what that report is saying and then give you some recommendations on how you get to work on that ASAP.
Again ultimately the goal for everyone should be to achieve AT LEAST the same level of success as some of our Penthouse members. This means that in addition to you fixing your credit you need to also be working on building your own personal and business brand. The “Playmakers Playbook” from Matty J is an excellent resource for this. Our Floor Plan has clear objectives which borrow from that Playbook on how you can start finding yourself via personal development, finding your business idea via research and how you can build the brand for both of those by doing what we call “Documenting the Process.”
Community Support
Our Penthouse members can attest that the road to entrepreneurship is a lonely one. This remembrance of the grind is how we decided that we needed to have an online community where people could interact with other people who are also knee-deep in the grind.
This is not a situation of the blind leading the blind because our Penthouse members are active members of the community. We also have daily content covering a range of topics, community challenges that promote healthy routine with self-education, and there’s even contest giveaways for our most active community members as well.
Top Floor is on most social platforms but our main home is on the Discord Platform. The discord can host group chats up to 1 million people and keep extremely organized in the process. Additionally, a growing number of projects have also begun using Discord signaling that this platform could be the way for communities looking to make serious moves so it only made sense to use this platform. This works perfectly because it gets our community up to speed on how to use this platform so they can start leveraging it for more than just the opportunities that Top Floor will provide.
