Bracketology 3/12/20

We’re three days away from a Selection Sunday unlikely to occur.

At this point, it seems like just a matter of time. The NBA, along with most major sports in the United States, has suspended their season due to the coronavirus. All major D-I conferences have canceled their conference tournaments.

I’m not sure whether March Madness occurs this year. At the very least, it seems incredibly unlikely to take place on schedule. All that’s left is for the NCAA to pull the plug, something that probably should have happened already.

In any case, here’s what the field looks like today, three days before Selection Sunday. And, in theory, if no more conference tournament games are played, this is how my final field looks. What a crazy last 24 hours.
