Men’s Bracketology 2/25/23

At-Large Movement:
IN: Mississippi State
OUT: North Carolina

The field is really tightening. Everyone through Nevada feels safe, while I don’t see anyone past the Next Four Out as having realistic at-large hopes. 16 teams for 8 spots. That’s before bid thieves.

New Mexico and Clemson need to go 3–0 in their final regular-season games to have a chance. North Carolina may very well be in the same position.

No bubble team has better opportunities to improve than Arizona State. The Pac-12 has three teams in the field, and the Sun Devils close out the regular season by facing each of them in a row — all on the road.

At Arizona, at UCLA, at USC. If ASU can manage two of the three, they might just sneak into the field.
