Participation Requirements
Participants must meet all of the following requirements:
1. Sign up on FlashEx (https://www.flashex.me/), complete KYC.
2. Buy 340,000 TOP (the equivalent of an iPhone 11 256G, ￥6,799) on FlashEx within the scheduled time frame (11/11 00:00:00 to 20/11 23:59:59).
Limited Capacity (100 spots) on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to the time of buying sufficient TOP tokens. The fiat principle of the 100 entered users will be guaranteed by TOP Network.

Refund: within 5 workdays after the lock-up period ends. (We’ll compare the unlock price(at 14/12 01:59:59) and every user’s average price of buying TOP tokens. If the price goes up, we’ll unlock all the tokens directly. If the price falls, we’ll return the equivalent amount of USDT)

Rules
1.Users can check “Executed” in “Orders-Exchange Orders” on FlashEx. Executed amount shall not be less than 340,000TOP.
2.The first 100 participants, ordered based on the time of purchase, who meet all the requirements will qualify for this activity. If TOP tokens are bought by several times, subject to the last time when sufficient tokens are bought. An insufficient purchase will result in disqualification.
3.The lock-up period begins at 02:00:00, 15/11. Participants cannot sell any TOP tokens before that date, and TOP tokens can’t be refunded or else the entrant will be disqualified.
4.After the lock-up period ends, TOP Network will compare the unlock price and every user’s average price of buying TOP tokens. If the price goes up, we’ll unlock all the tokens directly. If the price falls, we’ll return the equivalent amount of USDT within 5 workdays.
5.TOP Network will announce the draw result on 16/12 through official channels and communities.
6.Winners (except for the free iPhone 11 winner) need to contact Toppie(Telegram: @ToppieTOPNetwork) within 3 workdays and pay the corresponding amount of TOP tokens (subject to the token price at 07:59:59,10/11). Overdue payment shall be considered a forfeit of the prize automatically.
7.TOP Network reserves the right for final interpretation of the event rules.
