TOP Network Bi-Weekly Report: October 12- October 25, 2022

Technology Progress

1. The security of the TOP cross-chain bridge has been further strengthened. At present, most of the planned security reviews have been completed, and the remaining unfinished audit items are the verification mechanism of the Ethereum PoS block.

2. TOP mainnet version 1.7.0 progress: The team has prepared most part of the work, but they found a memory leak problem during the large-scale stress test. And this problem is expected to take a few days to solve.

3. The detailed technical design of the “NFT cross-chain infrastructure” has been completed. The corresponding NFT distribution service App and webpage are in the design demonstration and iteration stage. It is expected that the entire UI and process design will take 2 weeks.

Some Updates

1. The TOP security team has completed the phased work for the security reinforcement of each product and system. At present, the security team has focused on data verification and new contract (BSC, HECO) acceptance. Specific announcements will be made in the telegram group.

2. The TOP Staking in HiWallet will be opened around the end of October, at which time the data can be viewed, and the voter earnings can be claimed.
