Welcome to the latest edition of the biweekly report and we are starting off with some huge news. At 19:30 on April 28th, we introduced to the world our “Ladies of TOP Network!”
At TOP Network, we are proud to have amazing women who are standing at the forefront of blockchain evolution. So going forward, Rachel, Angelica, Rico, and Lynn, aka our “Ladies of TOP Network,” will be the face of our project.
Not only will the TOP Ladies introduce you to more relevant and exciting content about the TOP public chain, but they will also be an integral part of our community management and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the project.

Technical progress
- The code coverage of the unit test of each module is gradually improving. The unit test coverage of the automated 7 * 24 operable unit needs to cover the >75% standard. We still need to bring around half of the modules to this exact standard.
- The memory leak test of each module has been carried out via continuous testing. The developers identified and plugged-in two potential leak points.
- Weak points that could lead to a potential NTP clock synchronization attack have been resolved.
- The regular test of TOP Staking contract in the second stage of the testnet (1000+ nodes) has been completed. TOP’s own security audit team is doing an in-depth check of the contract.
- Previously, the optimization task of virtual IP address XIP2 caused some regression problems. The team is currently reviewing the code, the code check-in record, and R&D process to remediate this issue.
Community Activity
#1 Blockchain Silk Road
The second phase of the “Blockchain Silk Road” AMA co-sponsored by TOP Network and JINSE Finance took place on April 29 at 3 pm. The Blockchain Silk Road aims to facilitate the entry of high-quality overseas projects into the Chinese market. This way, they can withstand the devastating effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on the global market and come out on top once the economy is back on track.
Three of the six selected projects — HUPAYX, Pledgecamp, and LA Token were invited to participate in an AMA titled “The Status of Blockchain Projects during the Global Pandemic.”
