Technical Progress
1. The V project in TOP Ecology is expected to complete the first version of development in Q2 and go online in Q3. The V project focuses on building a decentralized entertainment community. In order to support the project progress and technical requirements of cooperation partners, the follow-up versions of TOP mainnet will generally focus on ecological needs. The demand for “super large storage of cold accounts and data trimming optimization” and “optimization of the number of small contracts executed in a time unit” will be suspended in Q2.
2. TOP mainnet version 1.13.0 has been officially launched. This version focuses on security and strengthening the foundation of the TOP ecological application.
3. TOP ID, which uses the Web2 account system to manage digital assets, has completed the development of DID issuance and certification module. It is expected to complete the first version of development by the end of June.
Mainnet Upgrade Notice
TOP Network has officially upgraded to version 1.13.0. This version is a mandatory upgrade and the node needs to complete the upgrade 🕑before 2 AM, June 2nd, UTC.

The updates for this version include:
1. Blockchain browser upgrade, supporting query of EVM sharding data;
2. EVM sharding fee mechanism upgrade, with a transaction fee of 1% of Ethereum;
3. Optimization for across-chain contracts on ETH2, which is the Shanghai upgrade of Ethereum;
4. Improved security performance of node and support for Ubuntu compilation and execution.
