After nearly four months of intense development work, we finally fulfilled a significant part of our ambition in the white paper — to enable decentralized applications on the open communication network. Testnet 2.0, with higher TPS, supports WASM smart contract and decentralized communication applications.

We’ve prepared surprise gifts for our community members, especially those tired of the centralized chat and lottery monitored by a middleman. Dabble with TOP Decentralized Chat on Testnet 2.0 to get your crypto rewards! Chat mining and Leaderboard are now live! Lottery will be coming soon!

First Steps

1. Join TOP Network official group
2. Sign up on TOP Network Telegram bounty bot, your TOP Token rewards will be distributed as bot points to your account on the bounty bot.
3. Sign up on TOP Network Testnet, and link your Testnet wallet account to our Telegram bounty bot. （You’ll get 10,000 Test Tokens when you first sign up on TOP Testnet, or if you upgrade from Testnet 1.0 to 2.0）

How does chat mining work?

Chat mining rewards are given out every two hours to randomly selected active users in the past two hours. If you have been active in Testnet Chat in the past two hours, you would have a chance to receive rewards. Each reward contains 2,000 bot points (20 TOP Tokens) and 3,000 Test Tokens!

Be active in the group by chatting and sending red packets! Chat about blockchain news, ask questions about TOP Network project, or simply greet your fellow miners! Don’t miss out!

Note: No spamming or flooding please. Spamming & flooding does NOT increase your chance of winning the mining rewards.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard shows the amount of test tokens you’ve gained/lost from CHAT activities (red packets, chat mining & the lottery to come) during the current activity week.

TOP 10 winners of every activity week will receive 500 TOP Tokens each. 10 lucky birds randomly drawn from TOP 11–100 will receive 100 TOP Tokens each.

At the end of every activity week, rewards will be automatically distributed and announcements will appear in our Telegram group. And then leadearboard will be reset for the new activity week.

Leaderboard will be updated once every day at midnight PST.

Note: Test tokens received from transactions will not be counted. The winning list will be announced in our Telegram group at the end of every activity week. Rewards will be automatically sent to your bot accounts.

Important Notes

1. Chat activities only available on PC.
2. Bot points to TOP Token ratio is 100:1. You can redeem your bot points to TOP Tokens upon further announcement.
3. Test tokens are used for testnet only. Test tokens do not have any value.
