Secret Price Tags

Did you ever notice there’s no price tags in an Apple Store. They usually hide it or keep it really small so you won’t notice. This activity occurs in your amygdala. So let’s say there’s a plus and a minus, the plus outscores the minus, so you buy the product. The customer won’t think about the price but instead why is this product good, so the plus outscores the minus and you’re more likely to buy.

Apple’s Ecosystem

Once you buy an Apple product, you will always continue to buy more. With Apple’s loyal customers, they feel they’re getting the best of the best. You might go buy a pair of airpods or go subscribe to the iCloud’s cloud storage. Once you are an Apple, you’re always an Apple.

Customer Experience

Do you ever realize there is no discounts at any Apple Store. There is no giant sale or clearance stickers that devalue the products. They want the customers to feel they’re buying a premium product.

The staff makes customers feel important by showing individualized attention. The staff wants to make a happy experience and ease the convenience as great as possible and minimize that inconvenience as much as possible. This thus reduces the Amygdala and makes you want to purchase the product even more. So now you understand why there is no cashiers in an Apple Store.
