As more sellers enter our new Scheduling Fee Bidding (SFB) program, we wanted to share one Seller’s reaction after using it since the program’s inception.

About the Seller

This is a US-based seller who sells in the Fine Jewelry category. On average with SFB, they are seeing about $20k - $30k+ per week in sales.

Control, Control, Control

The biggest benefit of SFB for this Seller is control. In their own words: “I can now promote the products I want to promote.” This sentiment echos what we’ve heard from many Sellers, and it is part of the reason why we launched SFB. Tophatter wants to build a true partnership with all of our loyal Sellers, and giving you all more control is a step in that process.

How does this compare to other marketplaces?

Due to the added control this Seller said: “I know which products sell crazily well on Amazon, eBay, Overstock, and Groupon. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t work on Tophatter. Now, you’re giving back power to the seller to force that item up in the schedule to prove not only to Tophatter, but also to the buyers that this is a good product. In one weeks time, I can move the same amount of goods on Tophatter that will take me a month and a half on eBay.”
