Quality Champion June 2019
It is not just the amount of work that we do but also how we do that work matters a lot. People may not remember us for what we did, but they will remember us for how we made them feel. That’s what happens when a tutor’s interaction with the student is of such a high calibre that student would definitely say that it was good. A tutor who ensures that every student gets the right answer in the right way is not only celebrated by us but by the students themselves in the first place. The performance of such tutors reflects their good subject knowledge as well as their ability to solve our students doubts properly. Here we present to you, Shikha Sharma, a tutor who leads all the tutors as the Quality Champion for the month of June 2019. Of all the sessions she had with students, about 86% of them were rated as good. That’s an amazing feat!
