Our team continues to grow
One of our mantras at Touchdown Ventures is measuring success in corporate venture capital. We try to focus equally on how we measure success in the day-to-day operations of our own firm. In this regard, we look at the advancement of our team, in terms of skill, maturity, venture capital judgment, experience, and responsibility.
We truly believe our most important measurements of success, is the trajectory and growth of our people.
When funding a startup, the initial investment is just the start of the journey. Similarly, when Touchdown Ventures hires a new team member, it is the start of their growth journey within our firm. We dedicate time and resources to training the next generation of venture capitalists by taking a hands on approach to teaching the craft of corporate venture capital.
