Say hello to a better Tourbox. Today we’re lifting the lid on our new and improved artist platform, sporting a fresh design, tidy navigation and brand new artist insights features.

We launched Tourbox in 2012 with the simple goal of connecting artists and fans. With easy-to-use tour date tools and seamless integrations with Songkick, Spotify, Facebook and more, artists could manage their listings in one place and get them seen by fans everywhere.

Today, with over 150,000 artists using Tourbox worldwide, we’re rolling out new tools to help them better understand their audience, optimise for success and create more meaningful experiences with fans.

Here’s what’s new:

Fan Insights: Artists can see where their fanbase on Songkick is concentrated, where it’s growing fastest, and where they should be touring next.

Audience Growth: Artists can see how many new fans are tracking them for concert alerts each month, and how demand to see them live has grown over time.

Event Stats: We’re surfacing the number of notifications sent, page views and ticket clicks per event, so artists can easily identify where they’ve been crushing it, and which of their dates might need a little push.

Affinity Artists: Powered by the concert-going behaviours of fans on Songkick, we’re surfacing the acts with closely-correlated audiences that artists should feed into their marketing efforts.

Ticket Links: We’ve made it much easier for artists to add ticket links to Songkick, ensuring the fans discovering their events on Songkick can convert into ticket purchasers.

Swish New Look: We’ve rolled out a fresh new color palette, and made some significant improvements to the navigation so it’s easier and quicker for artists to get what they need out of Tourbox.
