Love is definitely in the air.
Alongside majority of flowers that bloom in spring, it’s Tung flower season in the month of April and May. People often like to refer to these flowers as the May Snow translated in Chinese. They often cover the walking paths in the mountains.
Candle-making takes a lot of patience.
Whether you’re crafty or not, there’s always something to do encourage the artist in you. I took the liberty of trying out candle carving. You don’t need much time. Two hours will suffice, and you can bring home a beautifully crafted piece of art home.

I often find solace when there’s less of a crowd. Bookstores are hard to find nowadays. Some places have converted into multifunctional purposes such as exhibits, stores and offices. This one is an old tobacco factory that has been restored for visitors in the city.
