Fragility

Photo by Thomas Dumortier on Unsplash

Fragility is the opposite of elasticity.

The brain becomes fragile when it cannot respond to change.

While this can happen, you can prevent it with patience.

Patience can be developed by Reading a lot or any artistic activity that captures your attention for a long time.

Over time you’ll develop resilience to react to sudden changes.

And be stable strong-headed again.
