Senior Application Engineer (Palo Alto, California)
Apex.AI is seeking a senior application engineer with strong C++ experience to connect customers with Apex.AI products to help them bring automated driving applications to production. In this role, you will act as the customer advocate within Apex.AI, while supporting customers and partners worldwide.
Your responsibilities include deploying software and providing support to customers while collaborating with the Apex.AI development team to create a quality product. You will need to gain deep technical knowledge about Apex.OS and Apex.Autonomy in order to provide technical support for customers, and you will have the opportunity to contribute features to these core products. You will be the face of Apex.AI as you present the company’s technology to executives, architects, and developers; build software demos; and travel on-site to help debut products and troubleshoot.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor of science degree or higher in a technical field, and five or more years of experience in technical professional services or sales. You should have at least three years of C++ development expertise, in addition to strong presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with software and embedded system experience is a must, while customer training experience will distinguish you as a candidate.
