Technical Program Manager (San Francisco Bay Area; Vancouver, Canada; or remote)
Parallel Domain is recruiting a technical program manager to deliver complex software engineering projects. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, content, and sales to build and maintain internal processes that ensure products (data, APIs, visualizers, and more) ship on time and within scope. Responsibilities include running scrum processes and project management, which entails defining projects, collecting requirements, developing implementation plans, and monitoring activity status. You will also establish internal processes to perform QA, testing, and triage.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in program management support throughout software development stages. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will need to build relationships with internal stakeholders and teams. You need proficiency in the Atlassian suite and experience building internal processes. A strong technical background with basic knowledge of Python, C++, and machine learning is also needed.
Product Manager (San Francisco Bay Area; Vancouver, Canada; or remote)
Parallel Domain is also looking for a skilled product manager to help scale deployments of products that will help the teams working with Parallel Domain’s synthetic data. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, content, and sales to ensure that customer needs are being met, and you will talk to customers to understand their pain points in computer vision developer workflows. You will also identify product opportunities that drive value, and collaborate internally to help develop the product strategy and roadmap.
You should have at least three or more years of product or program management experience working with software teams. Strong communication skills are needed, as is a customer-focused mentality. Experience creating customer-facing technical documentation or working with autonomous vehicles or machine learning tooling is highly desirable.
