Based in San Francisco, Freedom Robotics is an API-first robotics control, monitoring, and management platform that enables robotics developers to get started with just one line of code. Led by co-founder and CEO Joshua Wilson, the Freedom Robotics team is building the world-class software and services needed to power robots, in the belief that robots help make life better for everyone.
Since joining the Toyota AI Ventures portfolio in 2019, Freedom Robotics has rolled out a variety of new product releases, such as Pilot, which enables teleoperations on robots, and a resource monitoring tool. Content Marketing Manager (San Francisco Bay Area)
The content marketing manager plays a key role on Freedom Robotics’ growth and marketing team, managing both creative tasks (from ideation to production of content) and operational ones (project management, content distribution, and brand consistency). You will also be responsible for distributing content across channels, measuring its success, and incorporating learnings into future pieces of content. You’ll manage everything from the identification of relevant trends to interviewing the right expert, managing contractors, and turning the material into a video, blog post, ebook, or webinar.
The ideal candidate will be able to wear different hats, as flexible team players are rewarded. You’ll need a B2B growth marketing mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You will also need at least two years of professional writing experience in content-related fields, as well as experience with web analytics. Interest in robotics and familiarity with robotics developer tools are a definite bonus, and experience with Hubspot and HTML/CSS would be helpful as well.
Account Manager (San Francisco Bay Area)
Freedom Robotics is looking for an account manager who will accelerate the adoption of products by both current and newly onboarded customers. As the first point of contact for all customers, you will be responsible for maximizing the usage of Freedom Robotics’ services. You will also redirect communication to support, sales, and customer success teams as necessary. As the internal advocate for customer needs, you will coordinate with the development team to drive roadmap decisions for new features, which in turn will drive successful adoption by the customers.
You need to have four years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing for B2B technologies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, while familiarity with Linux, Bash, APIs, and SDKs is a strong plus.
