We are excited to announce that we have commissioned Tezsure, Inc. to build a development environment to improve the Tezos developer experience for beginners.
Developers will be able to simulate the behavior of a Tezos client in a command-line or graphical interface to more easily experiment with smart contract development against the state of a live network such as the Tezos alphanet or zeronet. This tool will also give developers the ability to customize gas limits and block times.
Throughout the development of its decentralized insurance marketplace, the Tezsure team observed that this tool would greatly ease the onboarding experience for new Tezos developers. With this project, Tezsure will use its own experience with Tezos development to reduce barriers to entry for other projects.
Led by Bernd Oostrum, Om Malviya, and Chaitanya Hiremath, the Tezsure team looks forward to contributing to the growth of the Tezos developer ecosystem.
