On July 14th, our first Validator License round was a huge success, with the waitlist oversubscribed by seven times the number of available slots! At 11 AM UTC, 70% of those whitelisted promptly claimed their validator licenses. The remaining 100 licenses were quickly purchased once the first 200 people on the waitlist were granted access.

New rules of engagement

Based on feedback from round 1, we have decided to change the rules of engagement. For the second round, we will open a pledge on the website.

We have also changed the participation time to a weekday to accommodate different time zones and avoid busy weekends.

Those who wish to pre-purchase a validator license in round 2 will simply need to visit the website, connect their wallet, and make a pledge. They will then be automatically added to the pledge database and whitelisted for Round 2, which will take place on July 26th at 15:00 UTC.

In order to participate, addresses will have to hold 500 $TRAC and keep it until July 26th 15:00 UTC when round 2 begins.

The 300 Round 2 validator licenses will be sold exclusively to individuals on the pledge list. To ensure a fair opportunity for our early supporters, addresses that have already purchased a validator in Round 1 will be excluded from round 2. This allows those who have not yet secured a validator a better chance to obtain one.
270 in a FCFS whitelist (first come, first served), and 30 via a raffle, as during round 1.

The process is simple.

• Go to the validator website: HERE and connect your wallet. You can now see the countdown before round 2 start on the left side.

• Check on the top right to view rounds you’ve already bought in.

• Add your wallet to pledge. You must have 500 $TRAC minimum and must keep it from the time of pledging, to the participation time on July 26th. Otherwise, you will not be able to participate during this round.

Participation time & raffle details

Given the positive feedback we received from the community regarding the raffle, we will once again conduct this round in 2 steps:

Step 1 — Raffle to attribute the first 30 Validator Licenses.
Step 2 — FCFS whitelist for the remaining 270.

Timeline and details

• On July 24th 18:00 UTC we will organize a live drawing of the raffle on X (Twitter) in which 30 lucky addresses will be randomly selected from the pledge list. If you want to have the chance to be selected in the raffle, remember to pledge before that time.
• On the 25th at 15:00 UTC, raffle winners will be able to participate in an exclusive Pre-round for 500 $TRAC. They will have a 6-hour window to participate before we close it.
• On the 26th at 15:00 UTC, every wallet that has pledged, and maintained its 500 $TRAC will be able to participate, and try to purchase one of the 270 Validator License spots. The presale round will close after 6 hours, or once all 270 validator spots have been allocated (1 validator license per address).
