“I think I just popped a vein in my brain”

As we approach the Christmas Holidays, we’re going to explore a bunch of topics that capture the season in one way or another. Some are fantastic, some are down right stupid (see below), while others remind us of why we love this time of year so darn much. We hope you enjoy.

An Eggnog challenge? Really?

This has to be one of the stupidest concepts ever. It achieves no purpose other than to disturb those who watch. Eggnog can be divided between those who like it and those who detest it. Eggs, cream and milk will do that to you.

I’ve been making it at work for years now. Done right it can be fantastically delicious, provided a solid amount of Rum has been added, and on a cold winters days, the idea of sitting by a fire with a mug of eggnog does have its charms.

But this? A challenge to drink as much as we can in order to make ourselves puke? Really? Is this type of machismo necessary?

Who’s asking for this? And why are they? There are therapy groups out there people.

Look at their faces by the 3:27 mark: regret has now fully entered their minds.

By the 4:00 minute mark things start to really unravel.

Proceed with caution as you continue to watch.

Watching this amount of stupidity has its limits.

“It just came threw my nose” — Ugh I have to stop.

Seriously I ask, how is this a thing?

And with that, welcome to the Holiday Season here on Track and Food. More to come soon.

Next up: what’s the best movie to watch over Christmas? You might be surprised with our answer.
