Middle School track Vs. High School Track
Just like how collage track is very different from high school track, the same goes to middle school track and high school track. Middle school track is very different than high school track this is mainly because of its competitiveness and seriousness. In middle school track we would do similar workouts every day. The workouts had little to no structure. In high school we split our workouts up based on what we run. Not only the practices are different, but the meets are different as well. For one, in middle school every meet is ran within their own school district, so they were relatively close. In high school most of the meets are pretty far and take up to 45 minutes. The meets themselves are set up very different as well. High school meets are a lot more though through. Middle school meets seem to be thrown together at the last minute. Track in middle school is fun but it is nothing compared to High school track.
