Cetah is a Hong Kong local app that provides pair up services for riders and drivers. It provides immediate pickup, reservation service, and hourly rental services. Cross-border pick up is available.

Challenge
Cetah received feedbacks from users that, they failed to get a ride through the app. As the main value of the product, I needed to find a way to solve it with minimal technical changes so it could be launched to market ASAP.
Comparing to other Taxi apps on the market, there were more various services provided by Cetah. Digesting all the services was the main obstacle when users were trying to get a ride.
Understanding this, the major challenge of this project was specified in transforming the complex functions into a simple interface.
Design
By rearranging the information hierarchy, the vital functions were made more visible and accessible.
Helpful constraints and default selections were given to minimize user errors while booking the service.
