I want to first commend Tracy on a job well done this summer. The company was preparing for many new product releases when she joined and her contributions were very impactful from the design standpoint. On an individual level, she is organized, reliable, and someone who always takes initiative to complete the job efficiently and on time. Many assignments were new to her but she always took on a “can do” attitude to see that she delivered to the best of her ability.
