We apologies for the delay in updates. The TradeConnect development teams are still working towards delivering our BETA release and are making progress. In reviewing public access to Testnet faucets we have identified a significant reduction in the number of available open source faucets on the web for test BTC and ETH. As a result, we have expanded the scope of the BETA to include the development of our own internal Faucets to provide adequate amounts of Test BTC, ETH and TCO for use by all BETA participants for margin trading of Over the Counter (OTC) markets and a limited number of Crypto swaps.
The faucet development along with some other ongoing work will require additional development time pushing us further into May, but we are working hard to minimize the impact on delivery time. As work moves forward we will look to provide a firmer delivery date.

What is a Faucet?
A cryptocurrency faucet is a website or API service that distributes amounts of cryptocurrencies on either a live or test blockchain. They’re called faucets because the amounts are normally quite small, like the dripping of water from a faucet, but can be built to distribute amounts as needed for specific development needs.
More advanced features of the TradeConnect system including Fee Rebates and Monthly Staking contracts will be available as part of the live version release to overcome limitations of developing these components on the Testnet.
