Support and Updates are now on Pits

Keeping an open communication channel for our customers has always been something important to us.

We are here to help you all if you have a question, a suggestion or to let us know if something is not working properly in your account.

We created the Telegram Community to be the go-to place when you need support, either by asking your questions or browsing through thousands and thousands of replies the team has sent to traders across the globe. Over time, it also became the place for our customers to catch up on the updates we are constantly bringing to the ecosystem.

Although we love the community we built there, the increase in the number of inquiries was making it hard for traders to find the information they were looking for. Plus: traders would have to leave the Fund Portal to find them.

That’s why it is time for a change.

What now?

Support and Updates will now be handled via Pits.

When you go to the Pits page now, you will find 2 pinned chats — Eco Updates and Eco Help.

📣 Eco Updates is where you will be notified about the new things we introduce to the ecosystem.

💬 Eco Help is a private chat for you to talk to the team. Note this access will be available for users with active accounts with us, as we understand that those questions need quick replies.
But don’t worry — if you don’t have a paid plan, you can still talk to the team via our website, email, or social media channels.

No more Telegram?

Not completely. The group will be closed for questions to be sent, but it will still work as an Announcement Channel, where we will keep you updated on what’s happening in the Ecosystem.
