FAQ: Alpha Capital Group’s Acquisition of Traders Eco
All you need to know
We recently announced that Traders Eco is being acquired by Alpha Capital Group, one of the fastest-growing financial companies in the industry.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies and is expected to bring numerous benefits to our customers.
You know we’ve always been about offering a range of features and tools to help them achieve their financial goals, so, with the acquisition, traders can definitely look forward to even better services and more opportunities to grow their trading skills.
We understand you may have some concerns about how the acquisition will impact your accounts and trading activities, and that’s what we are here today to explain.
1. Challenge Accounts
Traders taking the challenge can continue their journey without any interruption, moving from stage one to stage two. Once they pass stage two, live accounts will be provided by Alpha Cap. This means that traders can continue to hone their skills and work towards achieving their financial goals without any interruption.
2. Free Retries
Traders Eco will still provide free retries for the next six weeks on their partner broker. If a client passes their free retry and goes live, funding will be provided by Alpha Cap.
3. Live Accounts
Traders who are currently using a challenge live account will enjoy trading on the TE partner broker for the next six weeks. It’s important to note that trading on challenge live accounts will be disabled starting May 14th at 11:59 PM PST. But don’t worry, Alpha Cap will provide a free challenge account for traders to continue their journey.
4. Instant Accounts
Traders who are on the instant plan will be unaffected and can continue trading on the Traders Eco server. This means that traders can continue to access the features and tools they need to succeed in their trading activities.
5. Withdrawals
We assure you that withdrawals will be processed normally through their portal and will be paid by both Alpha Cap and Prime Bridge. This means that traders can withdraw their funds without any delays or issues.
