Safety First

Over the past few weeks, we have been working with authorities to stop and prevent scams/fraud within our ecosystem. To keep our ecosystem safe, we have patterned with Passbase Activate to flag individuals trying to commit phishing scams/fraud and add them to the Global Fraud Watch List.

• Individuals who have made illegal or false transactions, such as purchases with stolen credit cards.
• Individuals who go through the evaluation phase fail and charge false payment disputes.
• Individuals committing other suspicious activities would lead us to believe they will commit a scam/fraud in the future.
• Individuals making misleading allegations, threats, and showing disruptive conduct.

We want to keep our ecosystem as safe as possible for you, so our Legal Team is working closely with our payment companies, law enforcement, and other officials in different regions to find and report these individuals.

Ways to keep your account safe:

• Never share your password with anyone
• Use a unique, strong passwords
• Avoid unlicensed account management services
• Protect against suspicious messages and content
