Tradisys is extremely excited to share by far the greatest news since we started to build on the Waves blockchain over 1,5 years ago. Today, on March 28, our team received a grant from Waves Games fund, totalling 100,000 Waves! This is the largest grant Waves Platform has allocated up to date and we are deeply honored to be chosen and trusted with it.
Before we get into the next steps and what the grant will be spent on, let’s take a step back and go over the main points of what Tradisys has been doing so far and how we got to here.
In late 2017, in the middle of the hype trend, our founders were looking for a blockchain platform with strong technical fundamentals, clear vision and an ecosystem approach that would allow for a long-term development. After several weeks of research and experimentation Tradisys conclusion was to start building on Waves. Since then our team has been working on several projects ranging from trading bots to oracles to first blockchain-based games on Waves blockchain. In the process we managed to build a strong technical community around our project. Realising the importance of the community aspect in the blockchain space, we have always put time and effort to help developers and regular users in the Waves ecosystem, be it assistance with nodes installation, answering technical questions or creating valuable technical content. Furthermore, in August 2018 Tradisys applied to become Waves Ambassador and contributes in this role up to this day.
Over the past 6 months or so, our progress was noticed by the Waves Team and since then the cooperation has been very fruitful. With this generous grant and continuous support from Waves Platform, we have some exciting plans for the future! This include launching more products that are based on Waves, growing and educating the community even more, new joint projects and closer collaboration with the Waves Team, not to mention getting on with the new RIDE for dApps. We believe that Waves is on track for greater success and will become the leading platform in this space. We want and will strive to be at the forefront of this journey.
Having said that, we’d like to encourage other teams and developers in the Waves ecosystem to keep up the good work, contribute towards Waves blockchain innovation and well… #BuildOnWaves!
