The sentencing of a 53-year-old Orlando, Florida woman brings an end to a federal meth trafficking conspiracy case that stretched from Miami to the Winchester, VA area. Jacqueline Tatiana Cuellar is the “the ninth and final defendant,” according to the US Attorney for the Western District of Virginia.

Cuellar was convicted by jury for conspiring to distribute and possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine or 500 grams or more of methamphetamine mixture. She received a 10-year sentence, the U.S. Attorney annoucned.

According to court documents, two men serving time in a Florida state prison organized and led the operation Cuellar was involved in. The masterminds were Stephen “City” Purks, a 36-year-old from King George, VA, and Carlos “C-Lo” Bariola, a 35-year-old of Hialeah, FL.

Bariola and Purks recruited conspirators outside of prison to receive meth, break it down into smaller packages, mail it, and distribute it to addicts, the court documents say. Bariola also had individuals “manage his profits,” the documents add.

Court documents show the men ran the operation using contraband cellphones, one of which was found in Purk’s anal cavity, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
