With more than 800 badges of marketable skills on Trailhead, we’re empowering everyone with the tools to succeed. And we’ve been listening to you.

With weekly content releases of new badges, you’re looking for Trailhead to make your learning experience personalized, frictionless, and easy — so you can spend your time skilling up.

We’re excited to announce Einstein Recommendations for Trailhead, embedding Salesforce’s industry-leading AI into the Trailhead platform for the first time — making learning more personalized and intelligent than ever before.

This new guide provides tailored learning recommendations powered by Einstein just for you. The best part? The more you learn on Trailhead, the smarter and more tailored the recommendations become.

Einstein Recommendations are surfaced for you in two ways — right on your homepage and after you earn a badge.

On your Trailhead desktop homepage, these new intelligent rows surface the right content for you based on your role or career path, your recent activity, and the skill set you’re building.

Whether you’re learning on your desktop or Trailhead GO, directly after earning a badge, Einstein Recommendations will provide you with the next best steps for your learning journey.

You can seamlessly dive into one of the Recommendations or favorite the suggestions to easily return to at a later time.

New Daily Reminders on Trailhead GO

Trailhead GO, our free iOS app, has proven to be an incredible companion to learning on desktop for our seasoned Trailblazers, and it has also proven to be a great entry point to Trailhead for new learners.

With new Daily Reminders, we’ve enabled regular notifications to encourage learners to dive into Trailhead GO once a day.

From the notification, learners can either launch the Trailhead GO mobile app or go straight to Trailhead LIVE to watch a live-streamed or on-demand session.

Daily Reminders are an invaluable feature for new learners, helping you to build your learning muscle and embed Trailhead into your regular routine.

You can manage notification settings at any time. Feel in the groove and no longer need the prompt? Simply turn off the notifications.

And if you ever lose your way, you can seamlessly turn the reminders back on.

Introducing Trailhead LIVE Subscriptions

With the launch of Trailhead LIVE, we reinvented the classroom experience by providing learners with live-streamed and on-demand, expert-led videos covering today’s most in-demand skills for free.

Trailhead LIVE constantly delivers new and engaging sessions spanning career pathways, levels, and topics.

And more than ever, we’ve seen that Trailblazers are turning to LIVE to learn new skills and also connect with instructors and fellow community members.

In fact, we’ve seen a 306% increase in Trailhead LIVE viewership from March to June.

The ability to connect virtually with Trailhead LIVE has made our live-streamed sessions even more valuable.

Now, with new Subscriptions, Trailblazers are able to add upcoming LIVE sessions directly to their calendars — including from the Trailhead GO app — ensuring you never miss a session. Plus, seamlessly add upcoming sessions from the new Weekly Schedule.
