What makes a Trailblazer? I’ve been asking that question a lot lately. What’s funny is how similar the answers have been, no matter where they come from. I’ve found that a Trailblazer is:

a pioneer, an innovator, a lifelong learner, a mover and shaker.

a leader who leaves a path for others to follow.

most importantly, a person who builds a better world for others

Identifying yourself as a Trailblazer also serves as a reminder of these aspirations. Sometimes we need reminders for things we already know. It’s often hard to turn “someday” into “today” when it comes to our career goals. We get too caught up in the day to day.

That’s where the Trailblazers come in.
