New Trailhead Content Empowers Businesses and Trailblazers To Navigate the Future of Work

We’ve released new Trailhead learning content to guide businesses and Trailblazers as they navigate the digital imperative of work and reskill for the jobs of today and tomorrow. Everyone can learn new skills to go digital fast.

Across the world, we’re all united as we navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. At Salesforce, we’re focused on guiding all of our Trailblazers through the journey of reopening safely, reimagining and rebuilding the way they work, and reskilling.

Dynamic weekly content releases and accessible learning on Trailhead, our free online learning platform, have never been more important than during this time of great change.

Today, we’re expanding our robust Trailhead library of more than 800 badges with brand new modules to empower both businesses and Trailblazers alike with learning across every stage of this crisis.

Guiding companies to a safe reopening

With the launch of Work.com, a suite of apps, expertise, and services to manage the crisis today, and thrive tomorrow, Salesforce is helping businesses and communities reopen as quickly as possible, while helping to keep employees, customers, partners, and citizens safe and informed.

We’re so proud that Trailhead is a part of Work.com. And now, we’re expanding our support with the launch of the Reopen Safely with Work.com trail to guide companies as they move toward the reopen phase.

The new trail contains modules on:

• Work.com Basics: Learn about the Work.com suite of apps, expertise, and services.
• Workplace Reopening Strategies: Learn a basic framework and best practices for reopening your workplace, including souring PPE to protect your team.

The safety and success of our Trailblazers is our number one priority. With this new trail, we’re giving companies the tools needed to reopen their business and to utilize the suite of Work.com products to do so efficiently and safely.

We’ve also added a contact tracing career page to Trailhead with a curated trailmix to empower job seekers to skill up for the in-demand contact tracing role that companies are looking for.

Our new Skill Up for the Future with Trailhead trail empowers new learners to start their journey on Trailhead and acts as a guide throughout. The new trail includes badges on:

• Build an App to Track Your Trailblazer Journey: Get hands-on with your free Salesforce Developer environment with the Trailhead Playground to build an app to store study materials and notes as you explore the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Mentoring with a Purpose: Coming soon! A new module on building meaningful mentoring relationships that gets you closer to your career goals.
