And business leaders, managers, and admins can personalize and scale learning across teams to develop the expertise they need to accelerate their digital transformation.

Salesforce Learning Paths empowers Salesforce customers to:

• Learn directly in Salesforce Surface relevant learning content, in the context of your employees’ work, at the moment they need it most.
• Curate customized content Personalize learning by page, group, individual, and goals with Trailhead, myTrailhead badges, and additional learning resources inside your Salesforce org.
• Drive and track engagement Develop expertise and empower stakeholders at your company through gamification, assignments, and leaderboards — tracking their team’s progress in real time.

Salesforce Learning Paths is currently in Beta and will be free and Generally Available (GA) with the Salesforce Summer Release for Salesforce customers.

myTrailhead customers will be able to bring in their own custom myTrailhead badges, making it even easier to onboard sales reps and service agents consistently and skill up employees on your new processes and products quickly.

In this latest release, we’re excited to bring you important features helping you reimagine workplace learning, including:

• Learning Home: A central learning home in Salesforce for employees to view their assignments and progress as they build out their skills and expertise.
• Assignments: Personalized learning by role, team, or for the entire organization with due dates — empowers leaders to surface important concepts, track completion, and drive engagement.
• Custom content: Makes it possible to surface external learning resources, including videos, PDFs, and slide decks, in addition to Trailhead and myTrailhead badges in Salesforce.
