Meet Trailhead, the fun way to learn Salesforce
With the launch of Trailhead in 2014, we dared to introduce the idea that learning how to wrangle enterprise software could be fun. More than fun, it could also open doors for anyone anywhere who wanted to pursue a career in tech. Over the last two years, we’ve witnessed the passion this idea set ablaze in our Trailblazer community as they build their careers on Salesforce.
Pay no attention to the team behind the curtain
There’s a small, scrappy team behind Trailhead. We’re writing and editing the content. We’re coding the hands-on challenges. We’re crafting the user experience. We’re architecting and building the product. We’re nurturing learning journeys. We’re designing awesome swag.
We get a lot of questions about Trailhead. How do you build the app? Who’s on the team? What’s coming next? How can Trailhead help my career?
That’s why we’re thrilled to launch this publication, The Trailblazer, a guide to blazing trails in your writing, apps, UX, marketing, career, and anywhere else curiosity drives you.
What are you going to write about?
Lots of things. We know our community is diverse. You’re developers, administrators, salespeople, service agents, managers, executives, marketers, and more. So we know you’re interested in all sorts of things, and we’re planning to write about things for all of you, sharing:
- how Team Trailhead brings the Trailblazer spirit to our app development, content, design, marketing, and more
- how our community Trailblazers are advancing their careers and giving back
- what Salesforce is doing to bridge the tech skills gap
All of this, and more.
